The following describes the five step process we follow to create the perfect project, eliminate disappointment and help you fall in love with your home all over again.

    5. Set up second meeting

  2. Initial Concept Review

    1. Meet at our office and introduce team members
    2. Outline our approach to the remodeling process
    3. Discuss design options and review preliminary concepts
    4. Present pricing estimate
    5. Sign Project Development Agreement

  3. Project Development

    1. Develop construction plans
    2. Identify material selections
    3. Finalize pricing

  4. Remodeling Agreement

    1. Go to contract
    2. Set a start date
    3. Meet your onsite Project Manager at Pre-construction meeting

  5. Construction

    1. Obtain permits
    2. Complete property protection
    3. Daily onsite project management
    4. Fall in love with your home again
