Weidmann & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1989 and has grown to be one of the most trusted and recognized renovation and remodeling firms in the greater Atlanta area. The company has an enduring commitment to client satisfaction and has has won various awards over the years for client satisfaction and innovative designs.
In 2014, Weidmann proudly expanded operations to a branch office at Lake Oconee. The firm now brings Weidmann’s award winning design-build services to a vibrant and growing lake front community. Weidmann is working closely with these new clients to help them fall in love with their homes . . . Again!
In 2023, Weidmann Remodeling announced the consolidation of our Atlanta office with another award winning Atlanta based firm, Ranney Blair Remodeling. The new firm will operate under the name Ranney Blair Weidmann Remodeling.
Unlike new home building, the majority of remodeling is done with the homeowner residing in the midst of the construction project. Accordingly, the company’s goal is to make the whole contractor/client relationship a pleasant experience. After all, even high quality work will do little to offset a painful remodeling experience. The final result— superior client satisfaction, with nearly 90 percent of Weidmann’s work coming from repeat or referral clients.
