Although there are numerous ways to identify remodeling contractors with positive reviews, how do you identify the one contractor with the highest level of client satisfaction? This was the quest of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI Atlanta) with its inaugural 2016 NARI Atlanta Service Excellence Award. In partnership with GuildQuality, an Atlanta based survey company serving the remodeling industry, NARI Atlanta invited its 80+ contractor members to contend for the award by allowing GuildQuality to contact and survey no less than their last 30 clients. Presented at the conclusion of NARI Atlanta’s Annual Gala on December 13, 2016, GuildQuality’s Will Cronin noted that it was a difficult honor to bestow “when you are working with the best contractors in the business…., but the numbers spoke for themselves and it’s my pleasure to congratulate Weidmann & Associates on winning the 2016 GuildQuality Service Excellence Award.”
